      Pros

      Great product with tremendous potential. New leadership and changing product strategy means there's a lot of change. But it's helping remove some of the complacency that had crept in.

      Cons

      In the past, product feedback loop was poor. That's improved but still some work needs some work. Also still a lot of unknowns with leadership changes.

      I have been here 5 months. I've met incredible people who care, work hard and are committed to customer success. In the last few months we have made some big changes in product, marketing, and strategy as we pivot the company to become an AI leader. The teams are leaning into change with appetite to drive things forward and innovate.

      Cons

      The market is changing fast around us. Navigating the disruption is challenging for everyone. Some people feel we are not changing fast enough. Others feel we are changing to much too fast.
