Cons
It’s an old electrical company running a modern fiber ISP. Direct supervisors are knowledgeable and helpful but anyone in an upper management position doesn’t have the slightest clue about what you do or why you do it. Their only concern is high numbers on an excel spreadsheet showing members added and money taken in, no consideration to what people have to do for that to happen or work required.
