Pros
- Benefits are amazing, especially 401k employer match - Annual bonus (about a paycheck) - Company invests a lot of money and effort into you - Great education and consistent SOPs; never felt left in the dark - Making mistakes you will learn a lot and don't feel ashamed unless you consistently make them and don't learn - If you don't feel comfortable doing something, that's ok and it's not forced but they will teach you after
Cons
- Work/life balance especially night shift obviously - Expected to come in whilst sick.. - Pay is pretty low considering what you are expected to do but it is somewhat higher than some competitors. - Take this as you will. FYI I have a failing liver (amongst other things) and was beginning to get tested/treated which is tough on the body but wasn't really given accommodation and instead brushed off. But aside from that, I liked working here.
