ProBar is a fast-paced brand that requires excellence of our delicious and purposeful food we make in our own facility as well as our employees. Our team is comprised of experts in their field within each department. ProBar is a perfect fit for people who are quick to problem solve, enjoy an entrepreneurial environment and know how to work well in teams. We are an on-trend brand that just completed a major makeover with our new packaging, new company focus and additional team members. Our brand's future has never looked brighter and I'm so thankful to be a part of it!

Cons

The pros most definitely make up for any cons. I would suggest, if you are interested in one of our positions, apply and get to know us!

Get to go one a Moab trip every year!

Pros

One of the best companies I have ever worked for. The brand is great and the opportunities are wonderful. There have been some changes in the year plus I have worked for them. There has been some "Good to Great"restructuring. Change can be hard for some, but it is essential to benefit all.

Cons

It is a small company so somethings small groups (very small groups) can form. But if you are an adult and have no hang-ups about what you experienced in High School. You can surely get over it. So I guess this is not a con, but just life.
