- Great culture. - Everyone from the Director level up cares about your growth. - They promote within.

Cons

Low salary to start off. High number of applicants = lower base pay.

Pros

This is a great family organization with passionate employees which makes coming to work each day fun. Our main goal is to work together to make sure every client has the best experience as possible in our arena and the reward we receive at each game and/or event is worth it.

Cons

This company does require all roles to be flexible with their schedule due to the long hours and extra days necessary to pull off each game/event. However, it is very manageable if you enjoy your job!
