Very structured work environment with rewards for motivated employees. Plant is climate controlled which was nice

Pros

Self motivated hard workers are rewarded, good pay, lots of overtime, air conditioned work environment. Raises are not given “just because” but are earned through showing initiative.

Cons

Not many cons, but a rigid work environment isn’t favorable to people that don’t have food discipline.
