Parature has a great company culture, even though it has had it's bumps in the road.

I really love the people and culture at Parature. The team is very passionate about the success of clients and the "do-whatever-it-takes attitude" has been infectious over the years. Every first Friday of the month, lunch is catered in for employees, so everything from all you can eat Five Guys burgers to thai food has been a really great perk.

Cons

Commute is pretty far with the HQ located in Herndon, VA.

People at Parature are nice and easy to work with Product is solid - competes with the big players in the industry Access to Executive Management Fun culture with events throughout the year Fully stocked kitchen and many in-office lunches Ability to take on multiple responsibilities and have a role in overall company success Pet friendly atmosphere

Cons

Some bumps in the past but the company has rode those out and great things are already in place
