Pros

The role offers great pay and benefits, and I genuinely enjoy working with the team. I appreciate that the company holds monthly meetings to keep us informed and engaged. The people here are not only kind but also seem to truly care about one another, which creates a positive and supportive work environment.

Cons

I'm currently working a later shift, but I look forward to transitioning to an earlier schedule as I continue to grow with the company.
