Lots of training. Great Co-workers. Feels like a big family.

Cons

Some jobs are union and others are not. They don't share employees between departments. On-call positions don't get many benefits.

they feed you whenever you're on site! sometimes banquet leftovers which are great! The management really cares about us, provided uniforms and free uniform cleaning.

Cons

The work can heavily depend on how well tourism is doing, so you have to plan your finances accordingly or plan for off season work.
