New management is not as open to communication or suggestions as the previous management was. With the previous management, we were beginning to feel like they were with us and understood how we felt. Now it seems to be more about numbers. It was much more fun under previous management as well.
Full time employees have health ins, part timers do not. Older experienced employees are very helpful and ready to answer any questions.
Cons
unorganized management. Training is unorganized too. People always feel overwhelmed. Pay is not competitive. Other telecommunication companies start at $2.00 more per hour.
