Positive Culture Shift—Lots of Change, but Worth It

Pros

The new leadership brings a refreshing outlook on people, culture, and ethics. The company still feels scrappy in the best way, with pets welcome at work and a ton of fun, culture-building events—“fun IQ” is real here.

Cons

We’re going through a lot of change. Some long-tenured employees who are resistant to change or prefer a laxer environment tend to complain, which impacts the experience for top performers who want to drive positive change.
