Pros

I have spent some time here, overall it's been a solid learning experience. The pace is fast and you get real ownership early on. This will help you to build strong domain knowledge.

Cons

The environment is quite performance driven, so expectations are high and things move quickly. At times that can feel intense especially when timelines are tight. That said , if you are someone who enjoys being challenged and learning on the go, you should consider Phenom. There is a lot to gain.

1. Will get to learn about new technology. 2. Helpful team

Cons

1. Bad management - a. VP Product used to be VP engineering. Don't know how he is qualified to make product decisions. b. Arrogant CEO and CFO. Internal meetings are a nightmare. They accuse you instead of helping you solve problems. You cannot express freely. c. Engineering led company. Product is a puppet.
