Pros
The pros used to be the overtime until they stopped letting us get it.
Cons
Management does not care about the Austin location. The office is old and ugly. We used to get overtime but they don’t care to find anymore work for the overtime to still be a possibility. They also like to throw in extra work that’s not in your job description and don’t wanna pay you for it.
