Good opportunity to grow technically. Being pioneer in Electrolyzer stack manufacturer and the process integrator, you have good opportunity to learn entire integration process of Green Hydrogen using PEM Electrolysis.
Cons
Low compensation as compared to other competitors in the business, prorated basis increment / bonus shows company lacks in competing with other MNCs in market. Attrition rate is increasing due to less compensation.

Old company trying to reinvent itself: low compensation, poor benefits, extremely antiquated processes. Very disparate amounts of work being done by different people; more tenured individuals do tons of work while largely failing to onboard the people they hire. If you have a "self-directed" job you will get very little support.
