      Pros

      I work at a small plant but company is medium size so you get the best of both worlds. Benefits, Vacation, 401K, Pension & Vacation

      Cons

      They offer a company trip every year. I think that employee would rather have monetary compensation instead of the trip. I really have nothing negative to say.
