Some talented colleagues trying their best. Exposure to fast-paced healthcare tech. You may learn how not to run a company.

Cons

No overtime pay despite excessive hours. Projects have impossible deadlines. Micromanagement is constant. Work-life balance is nonexistent—weekends and late nights are the norm. Advancement is based on favoritism and office politics, not merit.

There are absolutely no pros to working here. This company will rob you of your life.

This company absolutely has no boundaries or ethics. Upper management is horrible. Read the other review. This is extremely spot on. Most abusive, hostile, unprofessional company ever. They will never succeed. A slow sinking startup. The ceo will curse on calls. There is no work life balance. They will rob you of your life. WORK ANYWHERE BUT HERE. They have 0 values and will cut any corners to make ends meet at the cost of anything but them.
