      Wonderful company with a growth mindset. Awesome CEO that's very approachable and connects with employees. Local family feel while still receiving corporate support - it's the best of both worlds.

      Cons

      Benefits could be slightly stronger, but they have average benefit offerings, a 401k match, plus some free benefits.
