Pros
Decent pay and flexibility until they started changing the terms of employment and work availability. They literally came to people months and in some cases a year after they began working there and had them fill out new hiring paperwork randomly one day. Seemed incredibly shady.
Cons
Communication between upper management to the locations and from the location manager to the employees is horrendous. Things used to be more stable until the company overhired like crazy and found that they couldn't pull the work to support the irresponsible hiring practices they employ. Hundreds of people were laid off with two days notice and no chance to prepare. They scrambled to hire people back for a different project with entirely unrelated responsibilities and once again ran the project into the ground with terrible results. They are repeat offenders at bad planning and terrible communication all the way up to the top. Many employees at my branch found themselves repeatedly having to have their paychecks corrected by the manager. If stability is what you're after, don't fall for PPH's attractive pay rates. They're not a guarantee of hours or even of existing work and your terms could change at the drop of a hat.
