Pros

Everyone that works at this company, at every level, shares the same passion for the business. They truly care about the employees and customers. All feedback is valued and taken into account in decision making. Employees at the store level have easy access to employees at corporate level. It is a very welcoming community.

Cons

Your working hours are based on the retail mall you work in. All expected from a retail job. The team makes the hours worth it.

Pros

My experience here has been great. Friendly co-workers, beautiful office, solid benefits, and rewarding work. I've enjoyed our hybrid model of remote work and in-office work. It can be fast-paced and a lot of changes, but it's fun and challenging at times. I've grown a lot here and appreciate PV as an employer. They work to foster a positive culture.

Cons

PV has been acquired by another brand and some people may not love changes that come with an acquisition. For me personally, it's not a problem though.
