Unlawful practices I promise you do not waste your time with this company. Everywhere in this office it says establish 1946, well they definitely treat people of color like it’s still 1946! I was lied to since I started working there. There were so many red flags since I started there and even until after I was wrongfully terminated, but I needed a job. I was accused of something i didn’t do, but the company hid behind their 90day probationary period. They would never document t what they accused me of, since the 90 day probationary period saved them. I proceeded with the offer even though I had been lied to since the beginning. The standards and the quality of work that the team provides is subpar. If you want to grow and excel do yourself a favor and look for a job somewhere else! I can attest that my manager and her leadership and her bestie was threatened by me having more education and a diverse set of experience. I say this because they took personal jabs on my experience and my education. I beg of you, do not work here! They will just try to fire you in 90 days if you aren’t a good “culture fit” the reality is there is no culture!
