Company outings, catering every Saturday, good benefits, sympathetic upper management, pay bonuses, opportunity to move up within the company, very homey/non-corporate feel to it. I could keep going...

None to talk about. This company is horrible on following up. They make interview appointment and the cancel on you and ghost you. Childish
