CEO covers up everything to Germany

Pros

Nothing at all. CEO and Aust Mgt cover up problems and don't report to Germany the truth. They will drop young German Remondis staff into Aust with virtually no experience and still in Nappies.

Cons

Typical German company. They know everything. Under pay and over work their staff. No team structure, no passion. Stay away from this Waste company in Aust.

Favourtism Bullying If you smoked you were able to have 2 breaks every hour to have a cigarette. If you were a non-smoker you couldn't even take a break to go have a drink of water...
