      Corporate really listens and supports you. They make you feel valued and important. They give you the tools you need to succeed. Good pay and opportunities for growth. They like to promote within. Great communication.

      Pros

      I have been with Rk Properties for many years…. It is a company that truly cares about their employees and values hard work. I am thankful for the opportunities and the growth they have allowed. The training has allowed me to move in my position and I value all I have been able to learn during my time here.

      Cons

      I truly am not sure that I would have any cons to put in about this company. I truly feel like a valued employee and I’m grateful for all the opportunities.
