      Cons

      Hybrid model if you are within a commutable distance to one of the offices.

      Pros

      Love the people and culture Great work-life balance Lovely benefits "Hybrid" schedule is a minimum of 1 day a month in office for my position Complicated system to learn but we have good training videos and support from colleagues

      Cons

      Pay is a good amount lower than other offers I had for the same job title- so I am hoping the yearly raise is substantial. Diversity on the management/board level is lacking
