      The people here are great to work with and there are a lot of interesting projects. There is a lot of talent in a variety of engineering disciplines.

      Cons

      Pay and benefits are average. It is also hard to get noticed for your work.

      Work comes in waves, so prepared some days to have a lot of work while others are more relaxing.

      Employee owned company that is invested in and supports everyone's success. Environment where folk will pitch in to help another person to meet a deadline.

      There really aren't any cons, Because it is employee owned, there are some natural cautions with building the business.
