Friendly staff and familial work environment

From the day I interviewed with RapidMiner, I noticed everyone in the organization was very helpful, welcoming, and enjoyable to work with. This was a smaller company (in reference to the amount of employees) that I was used to, but this type of environment created a lot of cross-functional work between teams, encouraged new ideas, and allowed for everyone's voice to be heard. The training was very thorough and there was a continuous flow of new content being created whether it be through the academy, blog posts, internal material, etc. These resources proved to be very useful as I developed throughout my role. The organization demands a lot of each employee (in a good way) but everyone is encouraged to hold each other accountable in order to reach their combined goals together. Great company to work for, leadership is driven and always looking for ways to grow and improve.
