Pros

I was recruited over and although it was hard for me to move on from my previous company, it was the best decision. Being back at a company that is forward thinking, tech minded, trusting and supportive of remote work is invaluable. I appreciate the autonomy they give their employees to act and explore decisions they think would be best on projects and initiatives. It’s also refreshing to work somewhere that is generous— but also very careful with financials and makes sure the company is stable and secure.

Cons

The CEO has quirks but I personally find them endearing once you get to know him. Some finance processes are micro managed and quite frustrating.
