Low paying, manager had no experience, and was power hungry

The bosses lie , they don’t teach you how to improve your self and they put the wrong people in the wrong positions, the managers can’t lead

Lonndon Seely is the worst manager in the history

No management present but they love to micromanage and change everything they can for jobs they don't know how to do fully. Good luck getting anything in writing, it's mainly oral communication but that is hit and miss as well. Been on site 7 years but with Remprex for almost 2 years and haven't gotten one review while other coworkers have. Disorganized, poor communication, out of touch with the jobs performed. Started with 3 desks and 2 people per desk, now it's 3 desks and 1 person at each desk giving no one any support or anyone to cover if someone gets sick or has an emergency. Fast turnaround time, can't keep people it seems. No room to advance. Toxic environment mainly due to one manager that I believe has left the company but high stress jobs create tension and it spills out sometimes.

Poor communication No raises unless you change position "Car salesman" esque managers Company takes on so much when they don't have the employees to back it up, so they end up losing contracts. Then scramble to take on more work they again can't back up.

EVERYTHING, the senior terminal manager KNOWS absolutely nothing about railroading, the pay these men receive needs to be raised immediately, if it wasn’t for the lead men, most ramp managers wouldn’t know what to do, if you report any inappropriate behaviors to HR you will be terminated, senior leadership isn’t really leadership, they don’t listen to input and think their way is the best way, even tho they’ve never been a ground man, a equipment operator, conductor, They are cheap and don’t give appropriate raises when they should, they can’t keep up with the demand of the railroad because they are intentionally cutting overtime to save money, Terminal manager is a passive aggressive racist, she also quite literally unintelligent, she doesn’t have a clue what it takes to run a railroad,

You will have no work life balance, the managers do not care about their employees and only care about shifts getting covered. They do not care about hiring people with any form of experience and you will not be compensated if you have additional experience over someone that has none
