Family-owned business that does a fantastic job taking care of their employees. Compensate employees fairly. Do a great job of providing fun events for the staff.
Was very difficult with wages. Get what you can on day one it likely won't change much. More than one employee with 10 plus years told me it is not uncommon to not get a raise for years even after getting a stellar yearly review.
