Pros

Republic truly is the workers’ compensation specialist and industry expert. The leadership team values and supports high ethical conduct and an inclusive and collaborative work environment. There’s a good work/life balance with a generous PTO plan and flexibility with working from home. The company also supports doing good things for the community through organizations such as World Central Kitchen, Raphael House, and MEND. Our local San Diego office has been recently renovated and is centrally located with plenty of free parking

Cons

Employees rarely leave so there are limited opportunities to join our team.
