      Pros

      Resonate is a fantastic place to work with supportive colleagues, approachable leadership, and a genuinely collaborative culture. The work is interesting and rewarding, with a real sense of purpose in helping improve railway operations across the industry. There's a strong focus on flexibility which I find really valuable. I'd highly recommend Resonate to anyone looking for a positive and engaging place to work.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, priorities can change quickly, but communication helps keep everyone aligned and the company is doing a lot to ensure people keep informed.

      Pros

      Flexible Working Hours Hybrid Working Career Progression All-Company Days Salary and Benefits Friendly Culture with minimal hierarchy feeling (I feel able to have a chat with our board without any nerves, both about work related topics and random ones such as football, holidays, hobbies etc...). I feel very supported by my manager and really love working within my team - Lifelong friends have been made here, I was given flexibility to navigate my work through a bereavement without any pressure from the business, The business sent a bouquet of flowers after a significant personal life event, which really makes a difference compared to previous places I have worked where I feel like I am only valued in the 9-5.

      Pros

      Resonate has been a fantastic place to start my career. From day one, I have received amazing support, guidance, and encouragement from both my immediate team and colleagues across the wider business. There is a genuinely positive and collaborative culture where people are always willing to help and share their knowledge. I would highly recommend Resonate to anyone looking to start their career.

      We recently had an employee survey go out so I’m anticipating some positive change around L&D as well as career development.
