If you are a leader that hates offices and loves working with the team, you are inquisitive, have an entrepreneurial mindset and don't require SOP's and Planograms to function as a leader, you can do great things at this company.

Cons

You need to be able to make decisions and run the building as if you are the owner. Some people cannot succeed in that type of environment. You need to be driven, motivated and show grit.
