Pros

Reveal is filled with talented, driven professionals, and I genuinely enjoy working alongside my colleagues each day. The company has undergone significant growth over the past few years and has made deliberate investments in maturing its operations, including its processes, products, and people. Amid broader uncertainty in the tech industry, Reveal has demonstrated stability and resilience. For those willing to put in the effort, it is a place where you can meaningfully expand your skill set and take on high-impact projects. The company fosters an environment that encourages learning, ownership, and career mobility. You are never limited to a narrow path.

Cons

The complexity of integrating multiple acquisitions has, at times, introduced distraction and a temporary loss of focus. However, the company’s recent emphasis on organizational maturity and operational stability has enabled a renewed focus on innovation and product development.

Pros

Reveal is an exciting place to be if you’re energized by transformation and growth. Since the merger of IPRO, Logikcull, and Reveal, we’ve made huge strides in integrating platforms, launching GenAI products, and expanding internationally. Leadership is open to bold ideas and deeply values data-backed decision-making. There’s a real opportunity to shape the future of the business—whether you’re in product, sales, ops, or engineering. As part of the senior team, I’ve had the chance to work cross-functionally on everything from M&A to AI GTM strategies. The company has a strong private equity partner in K1, which brings both structure and urgency.

Cons

We move fast, which can be exhilarating—but also a challenge for people who prefer a steadier pace or more established systems. Change management is a constant, and you need to be comfortable navigating ambiguity, especially during periods of workforce transition or strategic shifts.

Pros

From the CEO down the line, Reveal has great leadership in all areas of the business. They have brought on high-level talent in Finance, Sales, Product, and Engineering this year and the results have been great so far. The CEO is active in all aspects of driving the growth of the business and has created a culture where employees can thrive if they put in the work.

Cons

Reveal is owned by a Private Equity company which means the pace is very fast and the results expected are always challenging to hit. If you like this kind of environment, you can do well. Everyone is held accountable for doing their job. It’s a pretty simple equation, but some people don’t do well in this kind of company.
