      Excellent Technical Staff Small company vibe Leadership respectful of rest of team (Little drama) Relatively little turnover People generally watch out for each other (tone set by mgt)

      Very solid technical staff who work closely with marketing. This said collectively the organization has struggled a bit to identify the right markets (combo of services and product) to enter to maximize market relevancy and revenue generation.
