Pros

As an employee, I feel very appreciated. The flexible working hours allow me to manage my professional and private challenges well. Because of these opportunities and benefits and the work that satisfies me, I can't imagine working anywhere else at the moment. My supervisor in particular supports me in all things. I always feel well informed about new developments in the company. I would recommend Riverty as an employer to anyone, who is close to me.

Cons

Riverty could join Hansefit. Then you could keep fitter. And some internal processes take a little longer, but that's understandable for such a large company.

Pros

I appreciate the human-centric culture, where people are treated with respect and empathy. The company offers a good level of flexibility, which supports work-life balance. I value how structured the organization is- clear processes and policies make work more predictable and fair. Strong focus on personal and professional development, there are good opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities. The company is very supportive of initiatives, and good ideas are encouraged. Motivational packages and benefits are well-designed and competitive.

Cons

There are many changes happening at once, making it sometimes difficult to keep stability and long-term focus. The annual salary increase tends not to keep pace with local inflation, which make financial growth feel misaligned with rising living costs. A more market-adjusted salary policy would make employees feel more valued and secure long-term.

Thank you very much for sharing such a detailed and constructive review. It’s great to hear that you experience Riverty as truly human-centric and that respect, empathy and flexibility support your work-life balance. We’re also happy that our structures, clear processes and policies, as well as the focus on learning, growth and new responsibilities, help you in your role. Your feedback on the challenges of navigating many changes at once is extremely valuable. We understand that this can affect the feeling of stability and long-term focus. Your suggestion to further strengthen clarity and communication around priorities is very much in line with what we want to improve continuously. You also raise an important point regarding yearly salary increases and their alignment with local inflation and market trends. We are aware that financial security and a fair, market-adjusted development are central to feeling valued in the long term. Feedback like yours helps us reflect on and further evolve our compensation practices. Thank you as well for your advice to continue building on our human-centric culture and to fine-tune stability and communication. We’re glad you see the overall direction as very positive, and we truly appreciate your perspective on how we can make an already supportive and motivating workplace even better. Dear Former Project Manager in Tallinn, Thank you for sharing your experience and for the time you spent with us at Riverty. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the centrally located office and had a positive experience working alongside your colleagues. A supportive team environment and inspiring workspaces are important parts of how we aim to shape a place where people feel comfortable and connected. We also appreciate your honest note about bureaucracy. As with many growing organizations, processes are sometimes necessary to ensure alignment and consistency. That said, we’re continuously looking at how we can simplify the way we work and shape collaboration more efficient across teams. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best for the next chapter in your story. Best regards, Martin from People Experience & Employer Branding at Riverty
