      Dealing with Surly & Bitter Personalities on a daily basis, Demanding and Unappreciative customers, Stressful work environment, Being "Held Back" in regards to career advancement and training, Other shop locations pass the buck to your shop creating more undue stress, Zero job security

      There are great benefits, competitive pay, a ton of advancement opportunities, great people who work there and provide a good support network.

      Cons

      It is very stressful in a management or manager-trainee role. People above you will constantly be providing a ton of pressure, not to mention the constant pressure from the customers themselves.
