Awesome per diem pay! only reason i stayed!

Cons

Staff turnover is unreal. Lots of agency nurses who don't know or understand the residents or english. When the staff goes above and beyond, i.e. buying pajamas for someone who's were so tight they were causing skin breakdown, don't haul them into the office and threaten to fire them. Also, please take care of the rodent infestation on all 3 floors.

Recently went contract will all therapy services in all campuses. We were told from the beginning the new company would be comparable, that is not the case. Lies all around. This company does not promote family values. Staff retention is very poor.
