Pros

Ability to continuously re-invent yourself and your career, great total rewards package, emotionally intelligent management staff (mostly), high level of recognition, "tell it like it is" culture, and great balance between work and life responsibilities.

Cons

SAP is a very large, global organization... as such, it can be time-consuming and difficult to find the answers you need or get to the right resource with agility but the Sales and Presales teams have this *almost* optimized to the best of their abilities and enable their people with the right tools and information to excel in their roles
