Pros

Excellent benefits, great work environment, and forward-thinking executive director.

Cons

Hard to find a con honestly. Pay could always be more, but working in this field this is typical. Moving up the ladder would be one consideration, as there is limited growth opportunities. Not a fault of the organization, but just the structure of programs.

Pros

SCHRA is an organization led by leadership that exemplifies a service model. They take very good care of their employees and go out of their way to build each employee up.

Cons

As with any non-profit, the pay could be more. However, they do an excellent job with benefits!
