They do not hire separate janitorial services, so employees are assigned to clean the conpany 2. Greeting Policy: Employees must go down to the first floor to greet the CEO whenever the CEO arrives or leaves, even if they are working on the second floor. 3. End-of-Day Electrical Rules: Employees are required to unplug all electrical devices and/or turn off the outlet switch before leaving the office. 4. Strict Punctuality: Arriving even one minute late (e.g., 8:01 AM) is considered tardy. Morning meetings start promptly in the lobby at 8:00 AM, and latecomers must join while everyone is already gathered, drawing attention. 5. Tight Deadlines: Deadlines for all projects are always set for the next day, leaving little to no flexibility. 6. Negative Comments About Former Employees: Management frequently makes negative remarks about employees who have left the company.
