-good trainings -rig experience -well known company but hard to move to next position within the company

- Bonus from client - Pension, shares, health insurance

Cons

- Unfair grading system - you'll have a degree and your class mate in mwd is hired as grade 8 but you get hired as grade 7 - Poor management - No work life balance - Lack of respect in the work place - Impossible to change to another segment though they boast about borderless careers - minimal pay for high risk job
