Pros

Owner is master in multiple marital arts and you can attend his school for free as long as you work for him. He is also an instructor for all security licensees and will get all of your licenses for free level 2 level 3 and level 4 as well as OC cert handcuff cert baton cert and firearm training. He cares for his employees personal life and will work with you in time of need. Pay depends on post mostly between $11 to $14 for non supervisor officers.

Cons

There are no healthcare or vacation benefits. You must show up 15 minutes before your shift without being paid for pass downs.
