Pros

Managers are respectful and flexible about scheduling. Coworkers are chill. Overall a pretty relaxed setting.

Cons

I make around $100 per shift which to me is pretty low for uptown Charlotte. There’s not really enough volume. Server sections are 3 tables each so it never feels that busy.

Opportunities to make good money if you got the right shifts/sections.

Cons

Sections were too small especially on slow nights. Brunch was hard to make good money on.
