Pros

Sabre is an extremely stable company getting involved in high-growth industries. The benefits packages (while they can be expensive) for employees have good coverage. Supportive and friendly coworkers.

Cons

Leadership is aware of the many areas and missed opportunities where Sabre needs to grow, but management moves very slowly. Teams have a “that’s how we’ve always done it” mentality, which affects the culture on the floor.
