Pros

Working from home is the best part

Cons

Low pay, Cameras on at all time, the use of AI, micromanagement, nobody knows the job, high call volume, the pay, no assistance with the role, short training, daily system issues and IT will blame your ISP, incentives aren’t paid out, p3 points are for kids not adults with real life bills, the PAY.

They laid us off bc of low call volume but started a new class that following Monday .
