Pros
I have worked with Saince since June 2014, hired as a full-time medical transcriptionist. Great trainers! All levels of support staff are consistently helpful and encouraging. Even when correcting errors, they were and are very fair, honest, and supportive. We all make mistakes, but the work environment for me allows me to continue to grow, learn from my mistakes, and continue to be a productive team member. Even when I make a "stupid" mistake, I don't feel belittled or criticized. I very much appreciate the team approach, yet I feel respected as an individual. During a time of family illness, caretaking from home, hospitalization, and multiple deaths, I was really struggling to maintain my full-time status requirements. My immediate supervisor touched base with me frequently, always very understanding and genuinely concerned. She called me one afternoon and suggested a couple of options to help me keep my job but take some of the strain off me. I transitioned to a part time role. I needed that. I have continued as part time, as I continue as a full-time caretaker for a physically and mentally challenged family member here at home. I sure do miss the paid time off, BUT I have a job I love and still find challenging in so many ways, and I work for a company that feels more like family to me than any company I have worked for previously.
Cons
I don't have any negative comments really. I find Saince a balanced work environment.
