You can make an impact on the lives of people across the globe. SSIC is a growing family of individuals who dream big and are not afraid to go after them.

Cons

If you like to do the same task over and over again, and don't enjoy change, look elsewhere.

Pros

It doesn’t get more major league than here. No pizza grooming apps, this is hardcore, tough tech that goes into real things that make a real difference. Among only 3-4 brands that touch every nation on earth. Tremendous span of talent globally – good/bad is there is almost nothing they haven’t already thought of somewhere. Amazingly high median of talent and character through their staff we work globally.

Cons

Any 11-figure revenue company with 100sK employees comes with more bureaucracy and layers than desirable, but SSIC is a small, agile, special-forces team than strives to minimize the impact as much as possible

Pros

Culture gives employees freedom and encouragement to innovate, promotes team building, supportive of role transfers and growth opportunities within org. Good management and HR - while not top tier in regards to (parental, stock/comp., etc.) benefits, they're making a clear effort to improve Great campus and work-life balance efforts

Cons

Generally spins out products/projects to other Samsung groups to commercialize, which sometimes get dissolved due to misalignment with greater Samsung Org Career growth policies are too subjective
