You really do make an impact as a member on the Savance team. The ability to WFH is nice and allows some flexibility, but this is a fast paced atmosphere so slackers will not survive. If you want to work with a team where everyone (including the CEO) works just as hard as you do, then Savance is the place to be! Hard work is expect, but it's acknowledged and rewarded.
