SBMG has changed over the past couple of years. Work-life balance has become more of a priority due to proper staffing between regions, 3 weeks of PTO from your initial hire date is now provided, and a new bonus/commission structure has been put in place for 2024 that has allowed ALL employees to benefit financially from the success of their work. It's a great time to be a part of this ever-growing company. It's not perfect, but it has made a lot of improvements over the years.

Cons

Training opportunities can be hit or miss. It's up to you to educate yourself on the equipment being used.
