Culture was okay company outings

Cons

Sales was lacking due to inadequate training Bashing more than adapting and getting the feel of what the person needs Snaking prospects and having no reprocussions More favoritism then anything else Looked down upon if not participation in events or not working outside then norm Management was not looking out for you

Pros

The office is in the center of Downtown Houston street, lots of restaurants/fun things near by. Commission is nice.

Cons

Really bad onboarding, company culture is sometimes very toxic with a lot of pettiness. Relied on heavy cold calling. High expectation to work outside of work hours, rude/inconsiderate management at all levels.
